Put the milk, sugar and butter in the bowl of the Thermomix and program 2 minutes etis at 37 º and

This weekend I went to London to spend a few days at home and I saw a recipe for Swiss were very good! Taking advantage of going to see the new apartment of a friend of mine, I decided to make them the "inauguration" and the truth is that they were pretty good.
Preparation:
Put the milk, sugar and butter in the bowl of the Thermomix and program 2 minutes etis at 37 º and speed 2. Then add the yeast and eggs, mixing for 5 seconds at speed 4. Then incorporate half the flour through it through the sieve and mix 15 seconds at speed 6. Finally, mix the rest of the flour and add salt (passing it through the sieve) and program 3 minute speed spike.
Let the dough in the bowl until it reaches twice the volume (approximately 30 minutes). When we see the dough has risen enough, place it on a floured surface and helping us with the hands, etis give a cylinder. Then cut about 65 g portions and make balls. Once we have done all the balls, crushes a bit and we give them the way we want (we can also use silicone muffin molds). Placing them on a tray lined with paper towels and let stand until they are double in volume (about 45 minutes) in an area free of drafts. After this time, we are a cut *, paint with the beaten egg and decorate with icing sugar. Finally, we put them in the oven (preheated to 250 C) for 7 minutes (do not leave them longer to get that remain fluffy).
