Infobiomassa "Crusher strains and pruning

The machine received the Innovation Award in the category "Equipment for harvesting, handling, laundry machine processing and transporting the biomass."
This is a pre-crusher 2 axles and 350 hp with direct drive and built-in sieve to separate the fine or biomass that has reached the appropriate size. The direct drive system and patented laundry machine axes can reduce the material to a size less than 15 mm, power consumption and very low wear.
Under the crushing system is a special sieve 4 meters in length and 15 mm separation. Using a tape prepared under the sieve until they are transported to an output tape that expels outside. The sieve is easy to change and may be replaced by another 60 mm mesh and obtain a material suitable for sale.
